Our company was incorporated in 1997 as CustomerCentrix, and our mission is to deliver quality web applications. We built our first SaaS product in 1999, and a few Fortune 1000 companies are still using that product.

The key value of our company is to do what is right by our customers. Customer-focused. Customer-centric. It’s simply really – just treat our clients like we would want to be treated. If the software has a bug, then admit it and fix it quickly. If LoadStorm isn’t a fit for the client’s requirements, tell them with candor and and move on. Don’t waste their time with a sales pitch song and dance.
The principals of LoadStorm have been working together since 1987. They brought their principles with them to this business. And we are clever with nerdy puns – we are geekier than those guys on Big Bang Theory.
