Contest Terms and Conditions

TERMS: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

TO REGISTER: Entries will only be accepted via this online format as comments to the contest blog page. No mailings or faxes will be valid. Limit ten entries per company. Non-winning applicants will not be rolled over to future contests. Not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, networks, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or transmissions.

PRIZES/ODDS: There will be a total of three (3) prizes awarded. Approximate value of one (1) First Prize: U.S. $250.00. Approximate value of one (1) Second Prize: U.S. $100.00. Approximate value of one (1) Third Prize: U.S. $50.00. Chance of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Prizes cannot be traded, transferred or redeemed for cash value. No substitution of prize is permitted.

FEEDBACK SELECTION: The winners will be selected to receive the prizes described above from all eligible entries received by LoadStorm based on several factors including: the value to LoadStorm of the feedback provided in the entry; clarity of the feedback; innovativeness of the suggestion; depth of understanding of the problem.

LoadStorm has exclusive and full rights to judge, accept, or reject any and all entries. Decision of winning entries is final. Winners will be notified by email or telephone. Prize winners have seven (7) business days to accept offer. Limit one (1) prize per company. All winners will be posted on the LoadStorm website.

ELIGIBILITY: All applicants must have signed up for a free Breeze account, must be 13 years old or older, and must not be an employee or contractor of CustomerCentrix or be an immediate family member of an employee or contractor. Feedback entries must be the original thoughts of the entrant. By entering the contest you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of LoadStorm or its designee, which are final and binding in all regards.

PARTICIPATION: By participating, you hereby acknowledge and consent that LoadStorm may publish the results of the contest, including your name and company name, in whatever venue or format that it wishes. The content of all feedback becomes the property of LoadStorm exclusively.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: LoadStorm assumes the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the prizes and winners. LoadStorm may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law, if applicable.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Feedback submissions accepted through October 15, 2009 at 5:00pm MDT. Prize winners will be announced October 30, 2009. Acceptance of offer for prizes expires November 15, 2009 at 5:00pm MDT.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: LoadStorm is not accountable for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, equipment or programming used in the contest. LoadStorm is not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to other persons’ computers relative to or resulting from entering in this contest. IN NO EVENT WILL LOADSTORM, AFFILIATES, AND RELATED COMPANIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OWNERS, AND/OR REPRESENTATIVES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE LOADSTORM’S INTERNET SITE. EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS.”
