LoadStorm Refund Policy

LoadStorm offers a free Breeze account that has all features and functionality enabled but with a limited number of concurrent virtual users. This is to allow our customers to try it before they buy it. If you have not created load test plans and scenarios that meet your requirements for performance testing, then we encourage you to do so before you upgrade to a premium account. When you are convinced that the system will provide the testing solution you need, that is the time to upgrade and pay us for additional volume.

We will refund your most recent payment if LoadStorm does not deliver accurate load testing scheduling, execution, or reporting according to the production features and functionality of our system.

If you find a SaaS model load testing tool that provides a lower cost for concurrent virtual users for unlimited number of tests, unlimited data transfer, and less expensive per vuser/hour, then we will refund your most recent payment.

Written notification of your desire for a refund must include the reason for your dissatisfaction with LoadStorm. We request that bugs are reported, issues described in detail, or lower cost offer from a competitor be presented with specifics.

Upon receipt of the written notification to [email protected], we will acknowledge the receipt of your request for refund within 3-5 business days, and we will refund the money in the same way you originally paid within 5-10 business days. There will be no restocking fees or shipping costs.
