We are located in the United States. We are normally available for support during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain time. Many times we will reply to support emails after hours because our team has a habit of working late or early. There is a good chance you will get a reply on weekends.

Our company was incorporated in 1997 as CustomerCentrix, and our mission is to deliver quality web applications. We built our first SaaS product in 1999, and a few Fortune 1000 companies are still using that product.

The principals of LoadStorm have been working together since 1987. They brought their principles with them to this business. And we are clever with nerdy puns – we are geekier than those guys on Big Bang Theory.
