Building a test scenario is easier than most developers believe possible.
Simply create the scenario one step at a time with these 3 options:
- Open a page – point to a URL
- Click on a link found on the previous page
- Submit a form such as login or registration
You can get as creative as you need for the testing requirements. Want to let VUsers crawl your site? It’s easy by creating steps and checking the “Random Click” box. Each VUser will traverse a different path through your site pages.
Normally, you will want to provide a file of test usernames and passwords that can be used for login. This is easy by uploading your file as a CSV, and then the column names are mapped to the form field names. LoadStorm posts the data found in your CSV for each VUser during a test. User #1 posts row #1, user #2 posts row #2, and so forth.
